Do you accept returns?
We truly hope you love your Mystic Clay product. However, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer a refund/exchange providing the product is returned within 14 days. A refund/exchange can only be provided with a proof of purchase. The item must also be unused and in original packaging. We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Care instructions
Store in a clean, dry place. Use of oils, creams and perfumes may affect longevity. Do not wear in water or leave in direct sunlight as this will damage your item. To clean polymer clay pieces, rub gently with a soft, wet piece of cloth. If you get make-up stains on the clay, rubbing alcohol will clean it off.
All silver hardware is 304 stainless steel and non-tarnish. These items can be cleaned gently with soapy water, as long as the piece is not combined with other materials.
Gold plated pieces will eventually tarnish. You can extend the lifespan of your gold-plated items by not exposing them to water or creams/oils.
Sizing details
All sizing details can be found each individual listing. Please note that due to the handmade nature of these products, the sizing may vary slightly in each piece. Some items require measurements from yourself. There will be a required box to enter your sizing into for that product. If you are unsure of what sizing is required, please reach out via the contact form.
What is the jewellery made from?
The main body of the pieces are made from Fimo professional quality polymer clay. Some of the pieces may also include charms which are various metals. All jewellery backs/fastenings/findings are detailed on each individual listing along with the precise material. If you have any sensitivities, it is important that you check these details. Hardware used is 304 stainless steel / gold-plated stainless steel. Some charms will be a different material, so please check each individual product listing.
Do you accept cancellations?
Mystic Clay Designs operates a no cancellation policy due to the 'made to order' nature of the products.
How long will my item take to arrive?
All items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. 5 working days processing time (Mon-Fri) is needed to make the product and then sent using ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48. The email address and phone number (if provided) will be used for Royal Mail to send you a tracking notification.
For international orders, 5 working days processing time (Mon-Fri) is needed to make your order and then sent using ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED. You will be sent a tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail estimates UK to US to take 5-7 working days. It may be slightly longer for other countries.
Please note that the times may vary for Royal Mail depending on how busy it is e.g. closer to Christmas can take slightly longer to deliver. You can check these up-to-date times on the Royal Mail website.
